All RENTALS Require the actual Renter to come into store and sign a contract and leave a copy of their valid U.S. PHOTO ID (preferably a State driver's license). Sorry no (emails nor fax) electronic transactions or phone orders
All our items require an additional Security Deposit which Should be on a MAJOR CREDIT CARD (not a Debit Bank Card, not a Check Card nor a Prepaid gift Card)
If you do not have a Major Credit Card , we require the Higher Cash Replacement Value of the item.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation will be subject to a fee based on prior notice, Orders Cancelled 2 weeks prior to the customer pickup date or delivery date will incur charge of 10%. 8-14 days prior to the rental date will incur a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total rental fee. Orders cancelled 1-7 days prior to the rental date will incur a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the total rental
